When Home Damage Calls for Backup
A burst pipe at 2 a.m. has a remarkable way of turning an ordinary homeowner into an amateur plumber armed with towels, a flashlight, and misplaced optimism. Drip Ninjas steps into those chaotic moments with 24-hour restoration help for water, fire, smoke, storm, mold, and odor damage, bringing order to situations that rarely arrive politely or during business hours.
Led by Shannon Frazer, the Chapin-based team takes a personal, plainspoken approach to property restoration. Drip Ninjas is an IICRC Certified Firm, and its team holds more than 30 IICRC certifications. Frazer personally holds 16 certifications and is an IICRC Triple Master Restorer, earning Master Water Restorer, Master Fire and Smoke Restorer, and Master Textile Cleaner designations, as well as certification as an IICRC Senior Carpet Inspector. The company is also affiliated with NORMI, RIA, and MCRA, and has taken the RIA Ethical Restorer oath. Beyond day-to-day restoration work, the team participates in industry advocacy and legislative efforts aimed at strengthening professional standards. That depth of expertise shapes a process built around listening first, assessing damage with professional diagnostic equipment, and explaining the findings without burying homeowners in technical language. The team handles cleanup and restoration while providing regular updates and preparing detailed insurance documentation when requested. For emergencies, Drip Ninjas targets a one-hour response time, because standing water and exposed property aren’t known for their patience.
That combination of technical training, quick action, and human reassurance helps explain Drip Ninjas’ 2026 Best of South Carolina Award. The company isn’t arriving during anyone’s best day. It’s entering homes after pipes burst, storms strike, fires leave smoke behind, or suspicious smells suggest something unpleasant is growing out of sight. Treating every property like it’s their own turns restoration from a purely mechanical job into something more thoughtful. When a home feels suddenly unfamiliar, Drip Ninjas helps families reclaim it, one carefully explained step at a time.
