At the heart of Hilton Head Island’s Easter scene is the annual gathering at the Sea Pines Easter Egg Hunt at Gregg Russell Harbour Town Playground. Fitness buffs and families that like to mix activity with holiday cheer will want to check out the Bluffton 2026 Easter Bunny Hop 5K Run/Walk & Kid’s Bunny Chase in Washington Square on April 4. Whether you’re jogging the full 5K or cheering on pint‑sized runners in the Bunny Chase, you’ll find music, food trucks and a community vibe where costume prizes are as important as the finish line.
