A Play Space Built for Big Little Adventures

Anyone who’s ever tried to keep a toddler entertained for more than 11 minutes knows indoor play is not a luxury. It’s survival with better lighting. Party Barn Play Adventure in downtown Camden understands that assignment beautifully, creating a cheerful, safe, and welcoming space where children ages 0 to 7 can climb, pretend, explore, and burn off the kind of energy adults can only respect from a distance.

Created by husband-and-wife team Julianna and Austin Boone, Party Barn Play Adventure brings together local roots, family focus, and a whole lot of imagination. Both born and raised in Kershaw County, the Boones built the business around one simple idea: families need places where fun feels easy. Julianna, a North Greenville University graduate with a degree in Elementary Education, runs the indoor playground, a dream she worked toward for more than three years. Her husband, Austin, a journeyman lineman, supports the business in countless ways, lending a hand with everything from building new playhouses and gates to helping wherever he is needed. Together, they offer open play throughout the week and on select weekends, along with birthday parties, special events, and private playroom rentals for baby showers, family gatherings, and more.

The result is a place that feels less like a “kids’ activity” and more like a community landing spot, where parents can breathe and kids can get gloriously busy. With pretend play toys, climbing structures, party hosting, and a big “Welcome To Endless Fun!” spirit, Party Barn Play Adventure has earned its 2026 Best of South Carolina Award by making family memories feel a little easier to create.
