Meet Dr. Savannah McCauley

Welcome! I’m Savannah Butts McCauley, and my mission is to help families achieve optimal health through compassionate, personalized chiropractic care. Originally from Westminster, SC, I graduated from West-Oak High School in 2014 before earning a Bachelor of Science in Health Science from Clemson University in 2018. I went on to further my education at Sherman College of Chiropractic, where I graduated in Spring 2022.

After gaining valuable experience practicing in Greenville, I opened Grace Family Chiropractic in June 2023. My goal is to create a warm, inviting space where families can feel supported and empowered on their health journey.

I’m Webster Certified, which I’ve held since 2022, and I became Dry Needling Certified in February 2025. These certifications enable me to provide specialized care, particularly for prenatal patients and those in need of advanced pain relief.

Outside of the office, I’m thrilled to share life with my husband—we were married on June 3, 2023—and we are proud to call Anderson, SC home. I’m committed to empowering you and your family toward better health, one gentle adjustment at a time!
