Established in 2018, Our team of nine licensed mental health professionals have experience in working with Adults, Teens and their families. Our approach to therapy is integrative, drawing from cognitive-behavioral, psychodynamic, solution focused and trauma informed. And, most importantly, we keep a strengths-based approach throughout our work together. We accept most insurance plans!
