Susan Lea LLC is home to South Carolina Psychotherapy (SCPT). We provide evidence-based compassionate services for anxiety, depression, substance use, anger management, relationship challenges, and related concerns. Services include individual, couples, or family therapy sessions, and group services for anger management and parenting. We are located in downtown Spartanburg, and can serve clients across South Carolina via telehealth. 

SCPT offers practicum and internship opportunities for graduate students working on counseling or marriage and family therapy Masters degrees. Services with an intern are $25 per session, with a sliding scale available. Our fully licensed clinicians accept selected insurances such as Blue Cross Blue Shield and Medicare. 

Susan Lea is a clinician-leader, licensed marriage and family therapist, clinical supervisor, and group practice owner based in South Carolina. With over a decade of experience in mental health leadership, nonprofit collaboration, and systems-level advocacy, Susan is committed to improving accessibility and quality of mental health care services. Susan has worked with court systems across the state and is recognized for her robust anger management, domestic violence, and coparenting programs.
