Upstate Food Co-op

We are a member-owned, all-volunteer, cooperatively-run health food grocery that is open to everyone. We provide natural and organic food to our members and shoppers. We keep our shelves stocked with commonly used bulk items, beverages, produce, prepackaged products, refrigerated and frozen products, as well as culinary and medicinal herbs and supplements. We also carry local produce, milk, honey, eggs, meat and other products.
