End Rezults Fitness is a science-based, mobile personal training company that brings the gym experience to your home, business, or any place of your choosing. 

With our full-circle approach, we combine the science of fitness with the science of nutrition to help you reach your health goals. 

Marlon Steward is a credentialed trainer and coach, earning the titles of Certified Personal Trainerand Certified Nutrition Coach from the National Academy of Sports Medicine. In addition, Marlon also graduated from the University of Concordia Saint Paul with a BA in Exercise Science. 

Marlon is a growth fanatic who takes pride in providing science-based programming to each individual that he works with. Over the years, he has worked with a variety of clients to manage blood pressure, diabetes, cholesterol, weight, and extreme heart health matters. Marlon’s specialties include strength, conditioning, weight management, performance, corrective and preventative exercise training.

Marlon is married to and business partners with Havanna Steward and the father of three beautiful girls, Nina (seven years old), Anita ( five years old) Steward and Amaya (10 months old). 

Aside from being a fitness fanatic, Marlon enjoys reading, writing, playing/watching basketball, and spending time with his family and friends.
