In April of 2020 during the novel COVID-19 pandemic's mandated quarantine, an involuntarily idle Chef TJ, Culinary Arts Instructor, decided to pass the time by offering take-out orders from home. Our community responded with a demand far greater than we imagined.
Witnessing the demand for savory food got Ceslie thinking. With the culinary talents of Chef TJ and Ceslie's creativity, entrepreneur skills and abilities, and a genuinely sweet spirit, Salute Chew Mobile Kitchen & Catering Company was officially established May 2020.
