Dr. Melissa Overman, DO, MPH is the founder of Grace Integrative Medicine, where care is grounded in listening, partnership, and whole-person understanding.

Trained in osteopathic and preventive medicine, Dr. Overman blends conventional medicine with integrative approaches to help patients make sense of symptoms that don’t always fit neatly into a diagnosis. Many people come to Grace after being told “everything looks normal,” yet they still don’t feel well. Her work focuses on uncovering patterns, restoring balance, and supporting the body’s innate capacity for healing.

Care at Grace often centers on mood and stress regulation, sleep, inflammation, digestive health, nutrition, and genetic individuality. Dr. Overman has a special interest in food sensitivities, methylation and genetics, nervous system support, and helping patients understand why their bodies respond the way they do — without fear-based messaging or one-size-fits-all plans.
