About

Courtney Scipio has emerged as an inspiring businessperson given her excellent achievements

and success stories. She worked in the corporate world for 13 years before she resigned to

establish and own her business. Today, Courtney takes pride in running multiple entities and is

happy about their performance. She is the founder of IBA Event Rentals, which is a separate

business that became the first minority-owned event management company in her area to have

a warehouse space/showroom. She has never thought of going back to her previous roles

because of her over 10 years of success in the events sector. She uses the skills and knowledge

she acquired from her past work engagements to scale up the business and ensure its continued

progress. She is an Accredited Event Designer and a small Business Coach who aims to use her

talent and skills to help small enterprises adopt the right strategies to ensure constant growth.

Experienced and strategic in what she does, Courtney has proved to be a valuable contributor to

the growth of businesses through her coaching services. Her experience as a corporate leader,

real estate agent, a marine technician, and now as a business owner position her as a strategist

and critical thinker with crucial insight into business matters. Her several years of success in her

current occupation speaks volumes about her proactivity and strong leadership ability, which

she has effectively put to good use to cut a niche for herself.

Courtney is an award winner whose outstanding performance has yielded praiseworthy results.
