Summerville Volleyball Club

Summerville Volleyball Club in a Non-profit 501(c)3 volleyball club serving the areas north of Charleston. SVC is a dream four years in the making for Andy and Andrea Pruitt. They are the founders of SVC and started the most successful recreational volleyball league for youth in the Summerville community back in 2021. Summerville Upward Volleyball League grew from 158 players the first season to more than 320 players this past season, the largest recreational volleyball program in Summerville. They believe that dedicated coaching with coaches who know the sport of volleyball in a recreational program was the key to a successful program.

Andrea and Andy have been coaches at the Rollins Edwards Community Center for all volleyball related clinics and camps for the past 5 years. They have devoted countless volunteer hours in the past 5 years to growing the sport of volleyball in Summerville. They believe that players get better through dedicated strength and agility training, drills and repetition. They have a team of coaches and board members behind them who all agree with this philosophy.

They believe in quality over quantity and strive for excellence in all they do, including Summerville Volleyball Club. At SVC, we want to make these players better on the court while helping them be better people off the court as well. We want our players to know they are important to us, that we care about and want the best for them in every aspect of their lives.
