Palmetto Family Home Care is a faith-based independent provider servicing the TriCounty, Lowcountry, and Midlands Areas of South Carolina.  Palmetto Family Homecare is locally owned and operated with a family oriented approach to in-home care and services, as we specialize in Neurological Disorder Care (ALS, MS, Parkinson, Alzheimer & Dementia).
