Wendy Hodges grew up in the historic city of Conway- which is just a few miles from the beach. She attended Coastal Carolina University and The University of South Carolina where she obtained a degree in English Education and a Masters in Administration. Wendy worked as an English teacher and an administrator in the local school district but has worked as a Realtor for the past 19 years   Wendy holds the elite CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) designation earned by only the top 3% of Realtors. Kim Davis is a SC native, and has resided in Myrtle Beach for 22 years. Her favorite past times are playing golf, horseback riding, hunting for deer, hogs, or pretty much any wildlife where she can enjoy the outdoors.Kim has two sons, Jenkins and Mick, who attended Carolina Forest Schools. Prior to her successful career in real estate, she was an English teacher. She became the top sales agent at Carolina Forest Real Estate when the community was just kicking off.
