Our experienced team of male and female clinicians provides counseling for anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, trauma/PTSD, addiction, relationship stress, grief, and major life transitions. We offer in-person and secure telehealth sessions 7 days a week, from 9am–9pm, with same-day appointments often available.

Our services include individual counseling, couples counseling, family counseling, EMDR, CBT, trauma-focused therapy, art therapy, mindfulness, skills-based interventions, assessments, evaluations, coping skills groups, and community trainings for businesses, churches, and organizations. We also offer therapeutic groups throughout the year to help clients build connection, coping skills, and emotional wellness.
