Rising Tide Wellness is a virtual functional medicine practice. We are a healthcare experience that goes beyond the norm to address the triad of physical, mental and spiritual wellness. We partner with and empower practice members to be the leaders of their own health. We identify and address what is at the root of physical symptoms to create a body that is strong, resilient, and adaptable.
