Hi, I'm AllyRae, therapist and founder of Collective Conscious Counseling. Within my practice, I support the deep feelers, over-thinkers, and complexly human individuals who want to dive deep into exploring their past experiences, internal world, and patterns in a safe, supportive space. 

I work alongside teen and adults to navigate complex trauma, attachment trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and neurodivergence. I firmly  believe in holistic, trauma-centered modalities to help clients better understand themselves, process stored emotions, and create a more integrated and harmonious internal world. My approach is relational, evidence-based, and rooted in mind-body connections to provide meaningful growth across multiple areas of wellbeing.
