Helping Hand North Strand

North Strand Helping Hand is an emergency aid organization that strives to meet the immediate needs of the North Strand community.

We provide assistance with the essentials of life: food, clothing, SNAP applications, taxes, hygiene items, household items, and rent and electric as funds are available, for the under-privileged in our community.

We dedicate ourselves to work in partnership with Low Country Food Bank, SC Thrive, and supporting Churches such as, First Baptist Church of North Myrtle Beach, King of Glory Lutheran Church, Lakeside Baptist Church, Little River United Methodist Church, Ocean Drive Presbyterian Church, Our Lady Star of the Sea Catholic Church, St. Stephen's Episcopal Church, Trinity United Methodist Church, North Strand Community Church, Waterbrook Community Church,  as well as local businesses and caring individuals to improve the quality of life for the under privileged in our community.
