Quality Pool & Spa was acquired in 2012 by the Harper family in an effort to continue to provide Lancaster and the surrounding areas with a reliable pool store company. Quality Pool Construction, originally known as Marty Harper Construction up until 2021, specializes in a number of services — including construction and installation of vinyl liner pools, fiberglass pools – as well as pool service, equipment repair, and replacement.
