Sacred Pine is a community-driven CrossFit gym built on the belief that fitness is for everyone. Rooted in the CrossFit methodology, our approach focuses on constantly varied, functional movements that help our members build strength, confidence, and longevity. Sacred Pine is owned and led by Betsy Jonas, a CrossFit Level 3 Trainer with 14 years of coaching experience and 16 years of training in CrossFit. A former collegiate swimmer and lifelong athlete, Betsy brings a deep understanding of movement, performance, and longevity to her coaching. She is passionate about working with all types of athletes, from beginners to seasoned competitors, and is dedicated to helping each individual reach their full potential in a supportive and encouraging environment.
