Rising Tide Physical Therapy & Wellness

Rising Tide Physical Therapy provides outpatient physical therapy services. We serve patients in both the Bluffton SC and Hilton Head SC regions. We are a group that have highly experienced and trained physical therapists that have ample knowledge regarding human body movement and it’s potential musculoskeletal imbalances. Our therapists provide detailed evaluations and individualized treatments consisting of a combination of hands on therapy and specific exercise/movement to fix the culprit causing pain or physical dysfunction. We only provide 1 on 1 services, meaning our patients are never double or triple booked with other patients.
