My practice focuses on relationships. As an Imago therapist and clinical instructor I see  that our challenges and our joys are rooted in our relationships. Whether we are talking about an intimate relationship or our relationship with food, alcohol, our past or with or children we are always in relationship. How connected we feel with family, friends, community and colleagues impacts our overall mental health. Our primary relationship provides our biggest opportunity for growth.

I am also the host of a podcast called, The Relationship Blueprint: Unlock Your Power of Connection. My guests are brilliant therapists who share their wisdom and insights each week on Apple Podcasts, Spotify and YouTube. My podcast has reached 25 countries and over 250 cities. 

My passion is teaching other therapists how to transform their practice through Imago Clinical Training, a transformative experience for the clinician while learning how to work in the relational paradigm. Leaving labels to those who need them a moving beyond diagnoses to seeing their clients who are struggling uncover their lost, denied and hidden self.
