Stryke is an Instructor Lead HIIT style workout that combines MMA, Dance & Resistance training while harmonizing it all to the popular music you here on the radio and social media.

Our instructors know their stuff and care deeply about your experience. We do our best to ensure that you have an intense, fun and challenging workout every time.


All of our Instructors are certified and must complete a 6 month training program before they can teach in our facility.


We are an ACE accredited program and take great care to ensure our whole staff is well prepared for you.
