ClearPath Advisors is a South Carolina private investigative firm licensed by the South Carolina Law Enforcement Division and serving the entire state. Founded by Christian Aulbach, the firm provides investigative services to attorneys, businesses, individuals, families, crime victims, and community organizations.

ClearPath’s investigative work includes background and identity investigations; people location and skip tracing; family and relationship investigations; fraud, misconduct, and asset investigations; and litigation support through case-file review, witness interviews, and evidence analysis. Each matter receives a careful, fact-focused approach tailored to the client’s needs.

In addition to private investigations, ClearPath has two specialized focus areas: community supervision consulting and reentry education and guidance. Christian spent more than a decade as a law enforcement agent for the State of South Carolina, later serving as an administrative hearings officer. He also led Charleston County’s Top 10 Most Wanted Fugitive Apprehension Program. That experience informs the firm’s work with attorneys and community partners, as well as its practical guidance for people navigating community supervision.
