Mindful Upstate is a private counseling office located in Greenville, SC that believes mindful practices are at the core of all successful treatment. Mindful Upstate provides individual counseling for children, adolescents, and adults, as well as family and couples counseling, with a specialization in treatment of trauma related disorders.

Intentional, individualized treatment of trauma and a wide range of conditions is our primary objective, because we believe each person has a unique story in which a one-size-fits-all approach just won’t work.
