Form x Function Wellness is run by Dr. Joseph Pelicano and his wife Kim Pelicano, BSN. The chiropractic care is rooted in evidence-based practices that address the neurological, biomechanical, and biochemical needs of every patient to move them from a state of discomfort, injury, and/or inflammation to one of normal and optimized health.
