My massages are a mix of Swedish, Trigger Point, deep tissue, and sports massage. I do not chase pain but rather, figure out why there is pain and work the appropriate muscles to help my clients. By discussing how everyday habits can create pain, my clients can make slight changes in their everyday life, so the pain does not come back.
