My name is Nicholas Harper, and I’m the owner and operator of Peace of Pie on Hartwell. I’m a certified pizzaiolo through Pizza University, with a focus on both New York and Neapolitan-style pizza. Crafting great pizza is more than just my job—it’s my passion. I’m also proud to be a culinary competitor and member of the United States Pizza Team, constantly pushing my skills and creativity to new heights.
