Since 1987, Kimberly A. Raber has helped clients make informed decisions during some of life’s most important moments. A South Carolina native, she works closely with individuals, families, and small business owners to protect their assets and plan for the future.

Ms. Raber assists clients who are starting or growing a business, purchasing rental property, or navigating a business transition. She focuses on helping clients structure and maintain their businesses in a way that protects personal assets and avoids unnecessary risk, while providing clear guidance when important agreements or decisions arise.

She also devotes much of her practice to estate planning and probate matters. Ms. Raber works with young adults who need Powers of Attorney for the first time, as well as families planning for incapacity, asset protection, and the future transfer of wealth. She explains the differences between Wills and Living Trusts and helps clients choose the approach that best fits their situation. When families face the loss or incapacity of a loved one, she provides steady guidance through probate, guardianships, conservatorships, and minor conservatorships.
