Tao of Physical Therapy

Tao of Physical Therapy LLC is a solo practice. I offer one-on-one physical therapy services in a private office setting, ensuring a comfortable and safe space for your rehab needs. I have a very diverse background in physical therapy, and am effective in treating various orthopedic conditions. My favorite areas to treat are the head/TMJ, neck, shoulders, and ankles. I also enjoy treating people who have chronic pain, and really giving them the time and attention they deserve. I utilize powerful tools for pain management, including dry needling and extracorporeal shockwave therapy. I utilize manual therapy, a system called Functional Manual Therapy trained by the Institute of Physical Art. Additionally, I am a Board Certified Neurologic Clinical Specialist, with extra specialization in Parkinson's Disease. I am certified in PWR!Moves and LSVT BIG, and Parkinson's Foundation Allied Team Training Alumni.

I run my practice on a Fee-For-Service, or a Cash-Based, model. This means I am out of network from all insurances. This allows me to utilize all appropriate tools that are not reimbursable by insurance to best treat my clients, and allows for cost transparency. It also allows me to get you into the office sooner, without waiting for referrals and authorization. My goal is to get you treated and better as soon as possible. If you have Out-Of-Network benefits through your insurance, I offer superbills to submit for reimbursement. I also take HSA/FSA. Booking is extremely easy on my website!
