Deeneka Beach-Phelps affectionately known as “Deede” is a visionary, strategist and serial entrepreneur known for assisting individuals in establishing, maintaining and taking their business to the next level. A “military brat” with roots in Williamston, NC, she received a valued education both in the classroom and in life. Her ability to stand in the face of adversity is where the serial entrepreneur was born. Her solid family background instilled morals, ethics and values needed to begin and maintain successful businesses and relationships. In her 16 years of experience she has assisted businesses and their owners with leadership training and establishing and maintaining systems that are essential for success. Deede’s credibility, knowledge and expertise proceed her as a proven track record of consistent results and continued success. Her passion for business helps to bridge the gap between potential and prosperity. Deeneka is married to her husband of 20 years, Jarmal and she has 4 children, D.j.(28), Jada(23), Caleb(21) and Ragin(19). She equates her success to her solid foundation of family, faith and fortitude. Although life has thrown its punches, she has pushed through and persevered. Deede brings that same drive and energy to everything she touches.
