Zärene Holistic Health & Wellness, founded by Arlene Pollock, is a specialized, luxury, faith based wellness spa and practice dedicated to personalized bodywork, nervous system restoration, and holistic health education. Our company was built on the belief that no two bodies are the same, which is why every service we provide is tailored to the individual. We focus on identifying and addressing the root causes of pain, stress, and physical dysfunction rather than only treating symptoms.

Our work combines advanced therapeutic massage, mobility-based techniques, nervous system support, and lifestyle guidance to help clients improve their quality of life, recover from injury, reduce chronic tension, and maintain long-term wellness. Because of our detailed and results-driven approach, many of our clients travel from surrounding cities and states to receive care at our wellness spa.

Under the leadership of founder Arlene Pollock, our company places strong emphasis on both treatment and education.
