Funtown Play Cafe

My name is Katerina Mitchell, and I am a local mom and the owner of Funtown Play Cafe. As a parent, I often found myself wishing for a place where children could play, learn, and explore while parents could relax, connect with friends, or simply enjoy a good cup of coffee. I wanted to create a space that felt welcoming to the entire family, a place where community could grow and memories could be made.

That vision became Funtown Play Cafe, a family-owned indoor play cafe in Lake Wylie, South Carolina. Since opening our doors, we have been committed to providing a clean, safe, and engaging environment for young children and their caregivers. In addition to open play, we host private birthday parties, storytimes, sensory activities, special events, and community programs designed to bring families together.

At Funtown, we believe childhood should be filled with play, imagination, and connection. We are proud to serve families throughout Lake Wylie, Clover, and the surrounding communities, and we are grateful for the support that has allowed us to become a special part of so many families' lives.
