Modern Movement Yoga

At Modern Movement Yoga, we offer a new take on the ancient tradition of yoga.  Our locally owned boutique style studio welcomes practitioners of all levels.  

We specialize in Vinyasa Flow, Power Yoga, Mat Pilates, Yoga Sculpt, Strength Group Classes and Yin/Yoga Nidra.  Our classes are guided by intellectual sequencing to enhance strength, flexibility, mindfulness and exploration.  

We prioritize the art of the transitions through poses that fosters a meditative flow akin to waves lapping on the shoreline.  Our studio is dedicated to inclusivity, providing a safe and non-judgmental space where individuals can build community and cultivate a deeper connection to their practice.
