My name is Brandeis S. Portee. I am a Licensed Cosmetologist, Certified Multicultural Loctician, Qualified Sisterlock Trainee, Creator of AlexMone' Hair Care Products and owner of Anointed Blessings Hair Care LLC. I specialize in cultivating, restoring, and maintaining Locs. I enjoy providing education and healthy hair care regimens to my clients.
