Dr. Mary Olodun has spent her life on the front lines of positive change—as a military veteran, a business owner, and a healer. Now based in South Carolina, she is the founder of Trilera Wellness Ministries — Mind and Body Foundation, a 508(c) nonprofit natural health ministry dedicated to helping people heal.

A Unique Approach to Healing

Dr. Mary combines health science, storytelling, personal experience, and empowerment to engage her audience on health-centered matters. She believes in first meeting people where they are on their health journey—and helping them find the hope to move forward.

Her mission is to make health “plain” —so that people from all walks of life can learn to better care for themselves and their families.

Key Milestones

· 2019 – Founded Trilera Holistic Care (original practice)

· 2021 – Piloted her first Women’s Wellness Retreat, helping participants transform their health and their lives

· 2025 – Received the Top Woman in Business award from the Greater Bluffton Chamber of Commerce

· 2025 – Transitioned her primary entity to Trilera Wellness Ministries — Mind and Body Foundation, a 508(c) nonprofit, deepening her commitment to faith‑based, accessible care

As a 508(c) organization, Trilera Wellness Ministries is launching a sliding‑scale program for underserved communities—including veterans, seniors, families, and those managing chronic conditions like sickle cell disease.
