Balanced Wellness

Balanced Wellness provides psychological evaluations and individual support for stressors and other mental health concerns  in the pregnancy and postpartum period.  We also offer individual therapy for fertility challenged individuals, their partners and parents of pregnancy/infant loss. We provide ongoing support for new parents, parents struggling with stressors in the home, and families in need of more support through life transitions.  We work largely with military families and blended families. We offer therapeutic support within a group or peer support setting so that our clients can heal amongst others who have experienced similar challenges.
