Our vision is to ensure that anyone who could benefit from our programs hears about us from the very moment of diagnosis - Day One marks the beginning of a journey where every visit to our gym symbolizes a new chapter in the fight against neurological conditions.

At Day One Fitness, we stand shoulder to shoulder with our participants as they combat conditions such as Parkinson’s Disease, early-stage Alzheimer’s Disease, Mild Cognitive Impairment, Multiple Sclerosis, and Stroke.
