Uprooted Vegan Cuisine

I just wanted to introduce myself and my growing small business, Uprooted, Vegan Cuisine. My name is Jenn and I own a multi-faceted catering business in the Aiken-Augusta (CSRA) region of South Carolina. I offer a dynamic weekly menu, custom catering and displays, cakes and desserts, cooking classes and even have a converted horse trailer turned food truck. Psst! Her name is Juniper and since she’s my ride or die coworker I refer to her by name. 

Now for what we really offer- Flavor, texture and locally sourced goodness from local farmers And even some of your neighbors. We serve 100% vegan, plant based savory eats and sweet treats with a wide selection of gluten free and allergy friendly options. Our weekly menus are always marked with GF/GF option and we offer gluten free items on Juniper as well. 

Where can you find us you ask? That’s tricky because even though we’re in the CSRA we move around sharing our goodies. First, our kitchen and Grab & Go is in Martinez. That’s one option for our pickups and where we also hold cooking classes. Second, our other Monday pickups include North Augusta and Aiken. Lastly, Juniper and I like to keep our event schedule lively so you can find us most weekends anywhere from Atlanta to Raleigh but mainly between Augusta and Columbia.
